Wheels off the Rocker, new tires. took great pains to measure wheel with digital calipers and made sketch before i took it off. now reinstalled also again, great pains to set alignment exact as before.
the drive belt is tensioned correctly, and i have only eight (8) thousands clearance between the belt and the swingarm. i measured it with a feeler gauge.
Is this correct? i know the clearance is normally really tight (read about this on previous posts). belt looks good and shows no evidence of rubbing. 2008 Rocker has 6500 miles on it.
Any thoughts or experiences?
thanks for your help.

Same issue on mine (2008 Rocker) last year. Belt was even rubbing a little bit.
So I added a 1,5 mm Spacer on the axle (left side) and reduced the one on the other side.
Now the belt fits perfect, still tight, but O.K.
