On April 8th I ordered some Horns for the cross bones.. After several calls and emails I still don't have them. I have been told several reasons why they have not been sent, (mostly blaming the powder coat guy) but last week I was told they were going to be sent out that day. Well another week has gone by and no horns. My patience has run out. Today I sent them the following emai.
Les and Frank.
I have asked for a refund through Pay Pal and you have ignored my request. You told me again you would ship the horns and you failed to do so.
If I do not receive my new Horns in proper working order, or a refund by Friday July 8th, 2011, I will file Criminal Charges (Grand theft) both here in NY and at the Local Sheriff's office in CA.
In addition I will contact the State Attorneys office and will file Federal Wire Fraud Charges.

In case you try to claim you have not received this email, I will post it on the Harley Forums so you can can keep up with the charges.
Thanks
Greg
If you have had a problem with these guys please let me know. If they do not respond I will forward your complaints along with mine to the Attorneys. I am a reasonable guy but this is ridiculous...
Why would the Mods have a problem? This company has advertised on this forum (thats how I got their number) and they are screwing the Patrons of this forum. I think the Mods would be happy to know of a company that screws its members.. Also I went back and saw some similar threads concerning Metal Arts...
If they come clean and honor our agreement I will take the post down and not press charges...
Sorry to hear your having issues with this company. Yesterday I was looking at their site and almost ordered some trumpets from them. I guess now I will wait to hear how this comes out. Good luck!
Man...I wanted their horns a while back really bad...but after reading some of the horror stories (far too many) about delays, poor communication, I steered clear. I sure am glad I did.
