Well found out its a 4300 dollar paint set that was bought about a year ago. I also found out the problem with the paint. The paint was not dry when they applied the clearcoat, and when exposed to the sun the white dots start popping out. Next step is to have a Harley rep come out and look at the paint.

 

Could be solvent popping,wet coats of base then clear right away,the solvents cant come out,has to go all the way down below the base,or,they waited to long to put the clear on and will start popping off,or water under the clear,,either way dont let them just re coat with clear,,SORY TO HEAR IT
