got a 2004 flstci rear fender that doesn't have the wire channel on it,it looks like it was held in place with double stick tape, where can i get this channel
You may be able to obtain it from your Dealer. When I installed my repainted rear fender I used a coil-like plastic sleeve, which completely encases the wiring. This casing was attached to the inside fender with E2000 glue, commonly known as 'Goop'. Available from Home Depot, this product has tremendous adhesion properties when dry, yet remains semi-flexible. I've glued LED accent lights onto the fenders, fork struts and inside the belt guards. To remove, you've got to slice it with an X-acto knife.
Most Auto Zones, Advanced Auto or electronic supply houses carry that plastic sleeving in various diameters.
