Default Adjusting New Headlight

I installed a new headlight on my Train & not really sure how to adjust it so it actually lights up the road. So how far from a wall does it need to be & how high up?

It doesnt take long to do this, although its best to do after sundown, keep the mounting bolt a little loose, so its snug. You dont want it to wiggle easy cause it can move a little when you tighten it down. If you live on a side street even better, have your bike in the road as level as possible and you want the beam to face about 30-35 feet in front of you, also che the highbeam so that when you hit it, it's straight out and it's highest point, There really is no right or wrong level of adjustment, you just dont want your low beam pointing straight out to oncoming traffic

once you get it to a point that your happy with tighten it back up and you'll be good to ride, just move it in small increments when adjusting it cause a little bit changes the beam angle a lot. I like mine to cast a little further down the road, not much tho and like i said it's just preferance

Here's a link that gives a pretty good description, although I do not have a specific description for your bike....
