Default Mini Speedo Ideas

I swapped out my tank from my 05 Nightrain for a Sportster Peanut style tank. Of course now I lost the speedo amongst other things. Im good without it for a little bit but wanted to ask if anyone has seen any mini speedo's around. I don't need anything fancy just numbers up to 120mph and preferably around 2 1/2 inches in size and black in color all the way around it. The gauge will be mounted on my cover next to my right leg. The mount I can make myself just need a gauge. I left all the stock stuff on the bike (including the trip) so something that can plug in and work would be rad.

Autometer makes a 2.5 speedo that should work for you.I don't know about black but that's easily solved..I run one on my Sportster that works well.

Dude. You can't just tell us you put a sporty tank on a Night Train, and then NOT post any pics! We're a simple people, we need the visual!

Sorry guys. I just see so many rad bikes on here and was a little shy. The tank and the rear fender (made to run a 180 tire) flow together really well as you can see in the sideways pic from the rear. As for the inevitable, "Dude where did you get that lift kit?!?"

I have an 18" Black Bike Rear going on next week that really fits the fender and a Progressive Kit for the front and back. I didn't want to install it until I get the rear put on. The tins are powder coated gray and I will be doing black and red pin striping somewhere in the future. Possibly a "Gnarley Davidson" on the tank in some silver leaf. Dunno. (sorry that one from the rear is sideways)

Thanks bro! I don't know if you remember but you gave me some great advice on engine mods a few months back. Im looking to crack it open as soon as I get the outside done (for now).
As for the tank, I love it. with the 120 front tire on there and the MX Tbars, it looks mean. Im going to trace the tank in black on the sides to give it more of an angular look. Everywhere I go people comment on it.
Below is a pic I took last night and one of the rear wheel from yesterday. I'm looking at new pipes but haven't decided which ones yet. I'm leaning towards some Sik Pipes Berta or Double Barrel. (yeah for crooked pics)
