Default Help with 2003 Fatboy

I just installed a PCIII with USB on this guys bike about a month ago. Hes been very happy with the way it has ran every since. Yesterday he rode in a parade and everything was fine. Finished up the parade and started to head home. He started up the bike and rode about 20 feet and it just completely quit. No lights no nothing. He says hes checked the battery connections and they are good and also says he noticed a while back that the ignotion switch had gotten very hot but thought it was maybe because he had been riding in very hot weather. I guess the first thing to check would be iginition switch and grounds. He says he leaves the run/kill switch on run all the time and already cheked all his fuses. Any more ideas?

Update: The Odometer comes on but there is no power to anything else. Even if you turn the ignition to the ACC position there is nothing. What do you guys think?

Bypass the PCIII just to eliminate it from the system (I don't thinks it's the PCIII).

Check all battery connections and check the main breaker.
