Default Riser Question

I ordered a set of 1.5 inch risers for 1 inch bars. I took off the old set, and found that they were threaded so they just spun on and then you tighten them down. Went to put on the new set and they are NOT threaded. What do I need? I know the manual says to replace the bushings but it has other things on there too. My manual is for my bike, but the only page that says anything about risers is for a springer front end. My bike is not a springer. the manual says I need a 2 leg studs, 4 bushings, 2 washers, 2 locknuts, a ground spring, and then the riser clamp on top... Got on JP Cycles and dennis kirk, and could not find these small parts. HELP!!! I have the riser clamp btw
