Nah, you don't want to replace it. The sparks when you really hit the breaks at night are too cool pass up.
Okay, maybe it's not that funny, but it was kinda cool when I was younger.

unless it is warped , there is no need to have it turned.
if it has grooves in it , it just gives you more pad contact..
now if it is a "looks" thing that is a different story
