I just did a seat similar to that on a softail, it bolted to the tank mounting bolts and I welded inserts for the shock to bolt to. I know it had a corbin seat but I dont know where the rest of the parts came from. It cost about $700 for all the parts according to the owner of the bike.
All I could find out is the seat was a Police solo seat and he got everything from custom chrome. It was the seat and a shock with a hinge that the seat mounted too.
