Have wire harness question!

I just picked up a 99 soft tail frame and a bunch of tins for cheap and I was wondering if they make a wiring harness for the bike or do I have to make one? If I have to make one its not a problem I just need to know how many wires I need and maybe a diagram. Thanks!
