Brake Pedal Question
So I have been looking at purchasing a FatBoy and I have noticed that on some bikes the brake pedal is further back on the floorboard and on others the pedal sits further forward. I wear a size 13 shoe/boot so the bikes where the pedal sits further back on the floorboard are hard for me to get my foot on the brake quickly. I'd prefer to have the brake pedal sit further forward on the floorboard.
Is this something that can be adjusted on any Fatboy or do certain years simply have the brake pedal in one position and other years in another?

you can replace the stock floorpans with the extended touring pans (HD pn 50409-04), that'll move the 'boards forward about 2". there are extended brake and shifter levers on the market too. Walter's, Kuryakyn and Softbrake are just a few of the companies marketing them. you'll find them in varying lengths. also look at Harley Goodies floorboard extension kit. it'll move the 'boards outward by about 1 3/4". I believe there are combination kits available also. use the forum's SEARCH for more info.
