My manual specs 55-65 ft/lbs for the rear sprocket screws. It also says to always use new screws.

That's what is says in the 2007 manual too, but my 2009 manual states what

2009 manual also states to discard the front axle nut and get a new one for the xbones.

+1 on Blue Loctite. Also a light film of Chassis Grease on the Axle Shaft (but not the threads).

+1 on blue LocTite. Also remember to reduce the torque by about 20% is using LocTite or anti-seize due to the lubrication of the threads.

+1 on the blue loctite. Still no manual but I have not heard about replacing the pulley bolts. I suspect grade 8's will do? I took the bike out for a test ride but will replace the bolts if needed. Thanks for all the replies. Tim
