Default Zanotti order

Hey guys I placed and order with Zanotti and got it tonight but going through the parts table I am missing 95% of the order. It did not come in the origonal HD box and the box that it did come in looked to be all beat up. I just wanted to check with you guys to make sure I am not missing anything.
here is what I ordered:
Deluxe auxuliary light kit #68669-05A
parts missing per parts table:
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,12,14,15,17,19,20,21,22,23,24,27 ,28,31
please let me know if I am looking at this right and has anyone else had an issue like this?

Look thru the instructions and see if those parts are already on the bike and just get re-used......

Zanotti will only send a partial order if that is all they have in stock. When they get the rest of the parts in they then send them to you. At least that is my past experience with them. Did you call them before placing the order to verify that all of the parts were in stock?

It appears you're missing several parts. I had a order once from Zanotti's that was missing a few bolts and bracket. I called the internet sales lady about the shortage and she sent them right out to me. I think you can only reach her between 11 -2 ET. Check their website.

I ordered 69286-05B the aux lights for springers, mine arrived in a brown sealed box, with a white HD label on it with the part number. Inside a sealed plastic bag containing all the wiring bits and a sealed plastic bag containing the nuts and bolts needed. The bar and lamp housing etc were wrapped in bubble wrap. Nothing missing.

I'd give them a call and tell them they messed up and to please send the right stuff.

Wouldn't it be easier if you contacted Zanotti directly ?

Yes, and thats what I am going to do today but as I stated before, I wanted to make sure I wasnt loosing my mind and verify that it does appear that things are missing before I give them a call. Also, sence I tend to be impatient when things arn't done correctly the first time and their office hours were closed and only open for a small window while I am at work today, I wanted to make sure all my ducks were in a row first.
