Hi all. I am looking at purchasing the HD brake/run/turn kit for my fatboy. I have not been able to view the installation instruction as HD as not provided them on the web site. Does anyone have the instructions that they could post? My big question is where does the module go?
Installed one on my EGC. The instructions were very similar for the Softtail.
Remove Seat. Disconnect battery. Unplug tail light connector under seat. Plug Run-Brake-Turn module into tali light connectors. Zip tie module to a convenient spot under the seat. Connect battery. Put the seat back on. Change turn signal lenses. Ride.

It's about as simple an install as you can get. As stated, you remove the seat and you unplug the rear wiring harness (the plug is right behind the battery and in front of a hole in your rear fender where the rear wiring harness passes through). Then you just plug the module in (this should be self explanitory once you see it) and tuck it behind the batter. Mine fit snuggly and there was no real need to zip tie it but that is up to you. Then you just swap out your rear lenses for the red ones that come with the kit.
FYI.. If you got the HD kit, the turn signal lenses are not diffused like the tail light. Least the kit for my ST were not. You might find them looking way brighter than the tail/brake light (I did). You can replace the turn signal 1157 bulb with a lower wattage 1157.. Stock is 24W, but they make a 18 and 12 watt. I ended up with 12's for a perfect match at night.. 18's pretty good to.. Like $4 a pair.
