pictorial sas+heartland kit OH YEAH
total great dude!!
the sas well i know its taboo around here but i wanted a all in 1 , the kit was on sale, now comes w/ switch, internal dampner etc. etc. so dont hate me to bad,
i enjoy doin these cuz this is what helped me start wrenchin on my scoot
ok enough talk
step1. remove seat(duh) LOL

step 2. take off metal support for fxcw seat (3/8 socket)

step 3.rear fender off top bolts t-25 i think

step 4.bottom bolts fender off 9/16

step 5.fender off

step 6.battery out (phillips or 3/8)

step 7. get ready to take out bump stop

ok heres some more got side tracked
8. move fuse box away from where you have to get 2 screws out to take out bumpstop
those are 7/16 open end wrench


9. you can take bumpstop out under cross piece

10. ok used heartland did not come with smaller bump stop , so i asked around &
joe what recommended 2006-2007 softail bumbstop check out the difference
thanks joe what BTW hows da handlebars comin along? get us some pics w/ your fender slammed w/ that 250 from da back !

the 2 nipple thangs get windexed then stuck thru the holes and pulled thru w/ needle nose pliers
worked like a charm
11. attach fender w/ struts YEAH MANG!

fender seperate from seat but i couldnt pass up the price for that kit
welp thats all for now, more pics later sas kit next
et us know what you think about the sas... .. No time for sleeping finish that biaatch up.
BTW.. My bars and few other parts dropped off for powder coating will be ready in about ten days..
