Rain and my Samson Exhaust.
I was caught in the rain here on the east coast Thursday morning for 10 minutes and now the Black ceramic exhaust has what looks like rust spots and water marks all over them. The exhaust was put on at the dealership when i bought it a few months ago. I'll take some pictures tomorrow and put them up but what options do you think i'll have? Do I take it to the dealer or contact Samson Exhaust?

Pics definitely will help us assess...I'm guessing you already washed & tried scrubbing them clean..?? My pipes are black & seen alot of water over past year - still look like new. If it's a flaw w/pipe coating then manufacturer (Samson) would be my 1st call.

if they're just water marks, take a damp rag and wet them down.. not soaking, just damp..then immediately follow that with a clean dry rag.. if it's rust on the ceramic..well, that's an issue.
