I just installed the Exile version. Just got back from an 800 mile rip. This thing jams. Are the bars you installing 1.5" or 1.25"? I have not installed any other internal throttles so I only have experience with the exile version.

I used the Steamline version. They said it would work with the stock switch housings but I had to modify it to make it work the way I wanted it to look.

Fireman1501, I looked at the streamline, what problem did you run into? is it true they work with any grip and any cable as advertised ?

The bars are very thick and had to be ground down on the inside for the throttle to fit in. Lots of dremel work. I also had to have the throttle welded into the bars due to the dimpling for internal wires. It work s great and was well woth the labor. It would be a great winter project if we had winter here. You can read more about it here.

Let me rephrase. It works great. No issues.

You can use any grips you like. I got exile as they were pre machined for my grip ace and in stock ready to go when i walked in the door. I really dig the polished knurled grips. They are super comfy.

Internal throttle setups require machined grips made for internal throttle setups. The factory style grips will not work on the stream line setup. My grips have Allen set screws holding them on and they fit the throttle set perfect.
