I didn't; explain and blew it. Bad info from Drew. Go figure. Fireman, I need the list of everything you used for the internal brakeline like which fittings, etc.

I posted a link somewhere on here on your post of the 3/16" line. The fittings you use are different than mine do to aftermarket brake caliper and master cylinder. You just need to find out the tread size it uses and what angle you want your line pointed out of each one. Let me post a pic of mine.

Hope this helps. Sorry I don't still have the part numbers. Btw I got a new Shotgun Shock today for my ride. And a new rear fender and a new front fender. Getting closer to the new look.

Nice. I spent Friday at JD's booth in Vegas. He told me you finally ordered one. The pics are fine. Did you heat shrink the brake line or jsut smooth the edge on the top hole to ensure the brake lien will not shred?

Made sure the hole was smooth as can be and pointed in the right direction. After I placed the line in the bar I took some black mega silcone around the line where it entered the bar. Bad thing you have to deal with is that you have to pull everything back out of your bar to drill that hole. Cause if you don't you stand a chance of cutting things you don't want cut.

The line is has a really thick wall. They say it is not DOT but have not had one issue with mine.

The only thing in my bar is a throttle cable. That should be easy enough.

fireman, do you have wires, internal throttle, and brake line all in your bars, if so what size bars are those and was that a PIA to do?
