It's been a while since I did mine. There should be a plate that mounts under the fender, then the sissy bar mounts on top of the fender, under the seat. Then bolts thru the top of sissy bar, nuts under the bottom plate, under fender.

it's hard to tell, but it looks like they have more pullback that the stock Deuce bars?
I want to change my bars and I'm trying to decide what to get.

Honestly I don't remember if they have more pullback. I don't think they do. I put these on when I first got the bike. I have long arms and they fit me well and are pretty comfortable. I would change them just for internal wiring. That being said I would opt for CARLINI CLEAN SWEEPS. Now they are nice looking bars.
