Don't forget the fuel filter. I just got changing mine for the second time at 53K. The second time was easier and you have to be delicate with taking the assembly out of the tank (2007 Softail Heritage). I cut the old filter with a hack saw, and it was black on the inside. The first time I changed it at 30K black gunk (no doubt from PA to CA.) came out.
