Okay here I go again. To anyone who has not worked in the industry, problems and issues happen far more often than most people realize. Regardless of the company, this has always been an issue when it comes to Harley's due to the various number of applications available on each bike.

I agree, I pay top dollar I want my stuff problem free, but it does not always happen like that. A big part of my job is dealing with such issues and it always keeps me busy regardless. I don't bother complaining, I just put my energy into trying to get it resolved as quickly as possible for people.

It is an unfortunate fact of life, but I still to choose to support American industry or what is left of it so that they will continue to be here for me in the future. Just as I support my local dealer when I need something they have.

It will all work out although it will take a little longer. As far as I spent x amount of dollars it shoudl be perfect, it shoudl be perfect regardless of the amount of money you have spent. But until perfection sweeps over the MC industry, all we can do is be patient and hope for the best.

Just like drew is saying, things happen sometimes there are so many different parts for these bikes.
Try to stay calm and not blame/freak out on anyone....
I have ordered over 5k in parts alone from Dr. V-Twin and had only a few lil issues, they took care of everything right away and made everything right.
paid for all shipping, over night postage etc.
things happen, but a good shop will make it right in the end.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. V-TWIN and will buy from them anytime I can.

So far PM has been pretty good they made sure the wheel was gonna work for me, got me all the other parts even got the front wheel on my bike already. I cant believe they missed the rear ABS bearing though, cause its on the front and its correct. My dealer is gonna press out the bearings and see what PM wants to do to correct it. So I should know whats up come monday. I love PM products and have them on both my street glide and my blackline and still have more thing I want to purchase from them, it just sucks to know the last piece to finish my blackline is still sitting at the dealership because of a small little detail like that. But I want it right so I have to wait till it gets sorted out. Ill get some pics up as soon as I get that rim home and installed.
