Relocate Rear Brake Reservior?

Relocate Rear Brake Reservior?
My 97 FXSTS rear brake reservior is located between the down tubes below the voltage regulator.
I installed pipes last year and the O2 Sensor port (which is plugged) actually touches the top of the reservior.
Well when I removed the front pipe to check the fluid level (yes the pipe needs to be removed to take the cover off) I noticed that the fluid level was very low.
No leaks in the rear brake system, check the caliper and all the brake lines.
Checked the specs on DOT 5 and the boiling point is 500 deg. So I think that due to the front pipe being so close it's getting too hot and boiling it off?
Not sure if I should try to relocate the reservior or cut the O2 sensor bung and weld it closed.
Seems all the pipes I look at now contain the oxygen sensor port. So What are my options?
