I just purchased an '04 Softail Standard (injected) from a guy. After about 100 miles of riding I realized that after turning off the bike, the odometer resets back to the mileage it was at when I bought it. Has anyone heard of this or know what it could be? The odometer tracks mileage perfectly while riding, it just does not store the memory of where it was at, also, the trip keeps a memory of where it was at and does not reset. Help!
