funny, i never really noticed them much till you said that.....lol.....now i'll have to hide them i guess........went to my local shop today and showed a few guys the mod...they were stoked and are going to order the back plate. i'll get a part # for you guys.....

if your looking to do this even cheaper, u can cut it out of just about anything.
mine has diamond plate and i just cut a round peice out and drilled a bolt hole in the middle. very simple and you can paint it or do whatever for much cheaper than any HD item.
