Default deuce rear wheel directional?

I picked up a used deuce rear wheel for my 94. Since I didn't take it off I don't know if it matters which side is which. I need to find out before having a directional tire mounted. I'm guessing the valve stem side is the rotor side since it's the dirtier side. Can some one verify that for me? Thanks.

Just ran out to the garage to check mine. The valve stem is on the rotor side.

Pulley bolts are way bigger than rotor bolts guys. And Harley puts the valve stem on the right side.

I guessed right, I don't have the old rotor or pulley off to try so that hadn't come into play yet. Thanks for the info.
