imo i think they made a huge mistake making these available only for those years. i think they would have been better off making the available for the newer models.
I can't tell. The spokes ARE 100% sealed up in what looks like black silicone. I suspect if you added just the valve it "might" be, but I can't make that call because I never considered running it without a tube. So I never bothered to ask. Too many leak down horror stories to risk it. Here's a pic of the rim and how its sealed.
I don't know where they are made but I was told by the reps at Jireh while I was waiting for this second run to arrive that they were coming in from out of the country. So where that is, I have no idea.
I will post pics as soon as I mount it. 4 days off work coming, so soon.
tq745, I suspect these are coming for the newer bikes. One of the many people I spoke to at Jireh kind of implied they wanted to get a feel for the market first. But seeing as they ran out of the first batch almost immediately, I suspect more sizes are on the way.
rlowride..... man, you read my mind. This wheel up front and a chrome Fatboy disc on the back is where I'm headed.

Good luck wid it brotha let us know how it works out.
Update.
Well, its night time and dark but I wanted to show a quick shot of the wheel mounted. If anyone wants a nice outside shot in the sun they will have to wait till tomorrow. But here is a quick garage shot. I will say this, compared to the stock wheel you can see how stout and heavy duty the King Spoke is. As I posted up in my first post, the King Spoke came in at well over 25 lbs, while the stocker weighs a mere 15. Thats a pretty significant difference. Just say'in.
Here's the stock wheel:

That looks great! Did your original spacer work or did you need to replace them? Hopefully it rides nice & true for you. Please let us know once you get back on the road. Are you going to get the back wheel as well?
