what is the clear part made out of?
could it be replaced with a different material if needed? does it come out of the housing?
looks awesome. I am skeptical about it clouding crazing cracking warping chipping etc
Instructions state that it is Lexan and can be cleaned with a Lexan cleaner. Should be easy enough to clean if needed.
I bought my bike used with a dealer flash on it. It ran like crap. I put a power commander on it and it woke up and cooled way down. THat's my .02.

My plan is to get a tuner before riding season starts again, and I have been leaning towards the PCV. My bike definitely runs hot and needs something to cool it down. The xieds made it run better, but I haven't noticed anything in the temps. Also installing an oil cooler this winter.
I like that AC but I see it getting yanked and cleaned regularly because of oil. And then I'd be afraid it would get all scratched up from the constant cleaning, also not sure what it's made of, but plastic products dry out, oxidize, and get brittle. But that's just my opinion.
