I ran the ones on my Duo Glide at a 45 degree angle. Don't know if it looked good or not. Didn't care if it looked good or not (and I was a teenager then). I have a set in the garage, if I ever put them back on maybe I'll run them up side down. Will have to make hanger brackets though I would think.
