Not to give the impression of being a cheerleader, I gave that up years ago when I realized I follow no one...LOL

But lets please make sure when maxipad signs up as a sponsor they advertise the big wing ones....that'll also help with the wind and may give enough lift to fly!

As far as strapping something on, boy this thread is going down quick...strapping on a bed roll that is, **** I was doing that with an Army poncho liner back in the early 80's on my Wide Glide. It came in handy for many reason as many have already been mentioned. There was a day I used to like to take many a ladies for a ride and well, as I said, this is going south quickly, but it also came in handy for wrapping up in along the road if you did an unexpected overnight ride somewhere or got to trashed to leave a party etc. I rolled up in it along side my bike many a nights and was glad to have it. On warmer nights I'd use it for a pillow etc.

As far as the how to strap it on (here we go again), roll up a big beach towel and move it around a bit to find a spot you can strap it on (if anyone is worried about wasting $80 and afraid they can't use it). It doesn't necessarily have to be on the front end (I know it looks cooler but sometimes function matters). Strap it wherever it'll fit, I know we're used to things strapping on the front. Back in the day it was more about function than fashion...but I do say the color coordinated rolls are sweet.

I picked a few up in Tejiauna and Waras Mexico years ago for $5 or less each and the dogs have been using them. I'll have to confiscate one of them for my bike...LOL Although, I really don't roll like I used to and don't think the OL would allow it!

They have these really cool new things out now called a jacket... you can even wear it while you ride. If you get one made of leather you'll be a real bad ***.

I got the blanket in TJ. Rolled it up & used a couple of dog collars for straps.

This whole crap started in Germany after a few episodes of "renegade". I wouldn't mind one, but If I go that way, I'll just buy the blanket and will get 2 nice straps for Captain Itch.
