Man I have bought these down in TJ many years ago. I never used then on my bike though. I did cover a seat in my old pick up with one. I think they were about $5 each back then. I still have a poncho out in the garage that I picked up down there. Used to see them all over the place back in the day.

Ok im gonna go out on a limb and ask why this started...? It looks cool and i bought a cool Mexican one in diff shades of purple for mine, How did this start and does in mean anything..Im from Ohio lol.......I never put mine on. A couple of friends came over one nite and i had it on the bike and they asked WTF is that for...? I didn't know what to say..lol...

Its a tradition in Cali, mostly among chicanos. you had that blanket ready so when the time was right you could take your girl somewhere and **** her on it!
