Congrats on the new jack. I've heard and read nothing but good things about J&S jacks. I just got the lower profile (3.5") Stinger brand from Sears and it seems pretty well built and solid.
I just got my J & S a couple of days ago. Seems really well made and easy to use. I tried it out briefly and it seemed to be as solid as advertised. Granted I didn't climb on it and jump around like they do in the video. I did order the HD frame guards to get some clearance for the softails shocks. I called and asked J & S about the bike sitting on the shocks and they said it would be fine and I believe them but I figured the frame guards will be some cheap insurance either way. Really happy with it though overall and looking forward to using it to put on my stage 1 that's on the way.

I stored my Softail on the jack the last two winters and used the jack for oil changes and maintenance without the frame guards and had no problems at all.

It may be ok until you want to do some shock work. I just dropped mine out last night and used a couple 1x2 wooden strips I happened to have to rest between the frame and the jack. I wouldn't store or lift on the shocks personally, no matter what "they" said.
I'm jealous. That is one great jack. I just can't justify spending the $400 plus with shipping so I can clean my wheels easier. I looked at Black Widow jacks but they didn't get a good review. You get what you pay for.
