Called all the dealers that showed having a Nacelle in stock, and no one actually had one so it seems that there is not one Nacelle in stock in the U.S. Guess Im waiting 90 days for it from Surdyke.

My guess on this one is that it might have an issue with the passing lamps that come on the deluxe. I am sure that issue can easily be solved, but I have no certainties about this so until someone knows for sure you best wait.

Issue is the packing from what I was told. They keep coming into the dealers all nicked up and damaged. evidently, they have some seriously sharp edges and the packaging is getting all torn up in transit, thus damaging the nacelles finish. My HD shop has already returned 3 of them that I ordered weeks ago. they keep coming in damaged.

I could be wrong, but it seems like a logical guess.

I think you are right pooch. The dealer I called in Cali said they have 2 kits and both are scratched up and they've been waiting for replacement parts for months. Seems like if they know there is a problem, they could fix it. For what they want for them, they should be able to wrap each part seperately.

I just ordered black baloney cut Rush slip-ons and a K&N RK-3910 for my Deluxe. I'll probably be getting a PCV from Fuel Moto next month or so! These are my first mods too!
