Solo only seat and add a rack to the fender.
Get a 2 Up seat that would be comfy for the passenger.
Great looking start you have going there....a few thousand dollars more and it might be just about right.....Well, maybe close to just about right. That is unless you get tired of the pipes and want True Duals, Fish Tails and the list goes on.
From what I can see, it looks real nice--harkens back to the day of the original Fatboy with the silver, and love the gold tank emblems. Only change I would make is to lose the skulls, but that's just me.
