I'll give ya a bump. Check around the sporty section, I'm pretty sure a few of those guys are running em. I thought about them initially for my train, but felt they might be too narrow at the base. Decided to go with the Todd's cycle 10" chubby strippers and love the way they look. Can't help much with the riser height, but I'd just measure from the trees to the top of the tach and add a couple inches for visability.

You will need about 4" rise and then do some fabrication and milling to get the risers to fit into the stock holes. As for the speedo, you will slightly loose the visibility of 50 - 70 mark which really aint a big deal, then again its down to preference. Currently I am working on doing it and going to custom build a set of Apes sizing to 14" so at the end I would get a total of 18" from the tree all in all.

Not at all...i'm 5'9" and have no issues. I live in Chicago, but my family and friends are in northwest/northern indiana. I regularly ride out there and back on a weekend (300+ miles each time) and have no issues.

I'm 6'2 and find Apes the best bars for me. I have riden other bikes with Drags and Beach Bars they are nice but I prefer Apes cause I hate slouching and apes keeps me in the upright position which I find much more comfortable on long rides.
