They do indeed make a spring seat but its butt ugly and sits too high. The Slimline seat looks like it will fit and keep the seat height close to stock.

AND by the time you pay for the adapter and the sprung solo seat, you're in it for over $550. Now, I don't mind the look of it (though I think it makes the rider sit too far forward) but this slim seat might be exactly what I've been looking for Let's find that part number!!
That being said, seeing the fat front of the Slim and the skinny back does take some getting used to. This thread reminds me of all the criticism when MOCO launched the Blackline Yup, she's a blank canvass... How else are they gonna get us to fork out $$$ for H-D accessories It's all part of their evil plan mah friends...
Not a fan of the new bike, I can see them trying to get entry level shoppers upto the softial line from day one... but it would need to be much lower in price especially for what you are getting, the Fatboy is only $900 more and it is a much better "blank canvas" in my opinion.
