I had an 09 ultra that I put LED lights on. When I traded it in on 12 SG I had the LEDs taken off the ultra. I put the Led lamp on the SG and nothing to do with the passing lamps. My question is do you think it would look bad to use the led passing lamps on my 03 fatboy while still using the stock head light. I don't want to shell out 500 more for another head light and the passing lights are just sitting there
Ok since I received so many replys to my post I went ahead and put the Led passing lamps in. Im not sure I like them at all without the led head lamp but I really don't want to shell out 500 more to put one on. I don't know now
I am in there opposite of your situation I have the led headlamp bit don't want to shell out for the aux lamps but the moor I look at the difference in light odds are in will get em
Go with the SilverStar Ultra. Brighter bulb than the regular Silverstar. Have it on my cage and it is a bit whiter and brighter. May not be exactly the same color as your LEDs.
My '08 FLSTC uses the H4 bulb (just like my cage); so your bike might use the same bulb #.
