I see what you mean with the bunched up look of the sinisters on the 16" up front. I looked at the link. looks odd with the 16"s all around and the sinister. If I go sinister, it has to be a 21 up front or it won't look right. but on the other hand, the hogpros will look good with either the 16's or 16/18 set up...
I'd def. go 18". It gives it a little more of the rim to show, a little more custom and you can get a stock WW for it. In person the 18" stands out more and gives it a lowered look than it does in pics

If you are trying to create the look of spokes then I would say go with sinister. Trust me on this. The reflection that the wheels create is amazing, especially around the hub area. They will maitain the look that I believe you are going for. The hogpros are nice also. The only place I have ever seen sinister wheels is on this forum. And I do believe the 18" would look great.
