Cool!

V&H makes "quiet baffles" for your pipes, could be what you're looking for.[sm=biker2.gif]

The half circles you see are the baffles. Dinnis Kirk has the quiet baffles for about $30.

Check for a screw on the backside of each pipe closest to the rear tire. Those screws are used to hold the baffles. You want loud, take the baffles out...... If you have an EFI model, you will need to remap (using PCIII or FuelPak). If you have a carb'd model, may need to rejet the carb.

In my opinion if your bike is currently tuned properly, for a setup with drag pipes, without baffles, it would depend on how restrictive a baffle you install. The quieter you want the exhaust, the more restrictive the baffle, the more it is going to screw up your A/F mixture.
Do you know how long the quiet baffles are and if they are all metal or also have fiberglass?
I had very loud drag pipes on my bike. I just installed Khrom Werks drag pipe baffles to quiet them just a bit. They are all metal, no fiberglass, and only 9" long. I didn't notice any seat of the pants power difference with the baffles installed. My exhaust is still loud but quieter than before. I doubt if I will need to re-tune for this small a change in my exhaust flow. The worst scenario will be that my A/F will be a little richer and that is not as big a concern to me as running lean.

I can tell you that quiet baffles are a little more than a foot long. it has fiberglass wrap covering about 2/3 of it, with the front of the baffle (the part thats toward the engine) unwrapped and has 3/8" holes drilled into it like swiss cheese.

here's a pic:
