Softail is the classification of the motorcycle..
i.e: Sportster, VRSC, Dyna, Softail, Touring

Softails include:
Standard
Nightrain
Deuce
FatBoy
Heritage
Slim
Blackline
Rocker
CVO Softail Convertible
Custom
Crossbones
Bad Boy
Springer
..and others

So..the OP is asking if the swingarm off a 07 Standard is the same as an 07 Deuce:
And from what I can tell, no, the 2007 Deuce has a 160mm rear tire, and the 2007 Standard has a 200mm rear tire, therefore, the swingarms are different.
