Looks killer. Wish you told me about those before I ordered the fat spokes.

The rear rotor looks a little bronze though, is it just the pics?

That might explain it. With a chrome or polished rotor I think it's better to use kevlar or organic type pad like a Lyndall Gold or Z+. Others who know best will weigh in, but I "think" the OEM pads are a metallic and aren't good for chrome/polished rotors.

OEM should be sintered and should be fine on the rotor.

What's the front rotor like? You using the same pads on them?
If that's ok with the same pads? OEM should be ok? Maybe some other reason why it's heated up?

Right, which I believe means semi-metalic? A semi-metalic or metalic pad is not recommended if you want to maintain somewhat of a show quality finish on a high dollar polished or chrome rotor is my only point....and I could be way wrong on that. Sure it'll work, any pad will work, but some will damage the finish more quickly.

Of course any pad is going to cause some wearing on the rotor...that's a given...but a "sintered" or metalic pad I do believe is going to be more aggressive and damage the finish more severely than say an organic pad like a Lyndall and I'm sure there are others.

Edit or I guess I should say discolor the finish maybe.
