check out BadDad.com click rear fenders click softail and check out the all in one fender it is 4" streched it fills in the gaps for between the fender and bags, covers the struts and includes a frenched in tail light that has brake run and turn signals built in. It is a smooth look and a good price at $580 the light alone can run upto 350. I have been looking at this problem too and this is the best look i could find.
I have a 2003 nightrain with a springer front end and now i am doing the fender 4" streched bags and samson true duals. I know its a Night Train and most would not aprove this but its for me and i want to see if i can pull off the look.
Nice looking scoot! The Deluxe below-the-tombstone turn signal light bar shown in a post above may be your best choice.
What hard bags do you have in mind? The Springer's lines are so classic, I would think that some vintage-style hard bags may suit the lines well.
I am going with standard bags for now. Then get extended bag later..i picked up some alloy art strout marker yesterday. And next saturday I am going to get some samson 36ers
I did a search but couldnt find some pics... Does anyone have pics of samson fishtail? Actually looking into the fishtail. All I found was side profiles and top views thx again guys
