ha - not until you mentioned it. had to go back & look at the pictures.
that's before i tore it down. at least i know i put it back together correctly.

yes, stopped the leak thanks to help from you djl.
currently it's tore down again on the hunt for a knocking noise coming from mainshaft.
time isn't on my side, so i haven't made any progress on resolving it.

Just got my 05 Heritage back on the road. New main shaft bearing, and fifth gear needle bearings. All chain case bearings and seals etc. I think it all started with a front sprocket failure about 1200 miles ago. Got away with only buying the tool from Heartland to press the bearings into to gear, and the installation tool for the inner bearing race on the mainshaft. If I had to do it again I'd buy the removal tool as well.
