Default Front Wheel/Tire recomendations

I'm relying on you guy's wisdom here, so don't let me down!

I'm looking at a larger chrome spoked front wheel/tire. I don't want the full 21/23" look, but want something a bit bigger than 16". I'm thinking 18x3.5 with as wide a tire as I can get to fill out the front fender.

Standard stainless spokes to keep the old-school look (and price down haha).

Thoughts?

Most reasonable place to get the 18x3.5" chrome 40 spoke rim?

Looks like a 130/70-18 tire will do well.

I'm also checking out the sizing chart here.

Other items on the table are lowering 1-2" front and back, but that's another discussion.

Thanks for any pointers!
