I would recommend the quiet baffle. It isn't all that quiet. It will give you more power in the low to mid rpm range where Harley's are usually ridden. The regular baffle will give you a bit more power in the upper rpm's.
The quiet baffle has a lower, deeper sound.
Call D&D and they will explain the plus and minuses of the different baffles for your model and engine application.

CCT – Newest quieter design, the Concentric baffle drops 10db at full throttle and moves the peak torque down about 1000 rpms, thus making it more usable and enjoyable. It is designed for stock displacement (unmodified engine) motorcycles.

Q Option – Baffle is wrapped with sound control material. Still has plenty of bark, but with less edge than the unwrapped Louvered or Big Bore baffles. This design allows earliest available torque with no loss of horsepower at the top end on stock and moderately modified engines.

Louvered - Original baffle design, louvered and unwrapped to provide higher flow. Louder exhaust note and good balance of torque and horsepower.

Big Bore - High flow perforated, big bore design. Loudest exhaust note and most flow. Designed for the rider with extensive performance modifications who wants maximum high rpm output.

hope this helps

i have the louvred baffle and i love it.it allows me to sneak around town early in am, but when u crack the throttle has a mean distinctive growl and bark, dont get me wrong this pipe will set off some cage alarms in the neiborhood.especially with future engine mods to come as u stated, i recommed the standerd baffle
