Not a bad idea, but if you have any shops that carry "Rocket Fuel" give it a try, it is not necessarily an injector cleaner, but helps with the fuel burn and will aslo reduce and sprk knock if you have it.
For fuel injector maintenance, try some of the LUCAS brand injector cleaner.
This post very much suprised me. Why would you think you HAVE to add any sort of 'fuel injection clearner' to any vehicle, bike, truck, car, outboard, or anything else?
I've had injected engines on all sorts of vehicles for years and have never used a drop of any of that sort of stuff in anything I've ever owned. Its always seemed to me that a clean (meaning routinly replaced) fuel filter was all the precleaning injectorsever needed. Have I been missing something all these years?
