Go with the 39" as long as you have air ride! I have 36" and am adding air ride can't put it on a trailer or over a speed bump without scraping...and yes people trip on them all the time!
Pooch, I was exactly the same over which ones to get, and I'm glad I lsitened to everyone who said 39s, trust me once you get them you'll love em and probably contemplate the 42s, although I have thought about the longer ones the 39s are just right, just remember to walk a wider radius when waalking round your bike, you will bang your ankles on them...LOL
go big or go home! the new system with the removable baffles would've been nice. but honestly i can't think of any reason as to where i would need to put the baffles in. i'm running the 42's and i'm glad i went with those instead of the 39's.
Those are 42's!!! Nice. And they say 3 inches don't mean alot. ha ha. I havent met a woman yet who didnt like an extra 3 inches bro! Those pipes look a mile long. sweet.

Those 42's seem like they sit in a diff. zip code while your cruising around. LOL... by the way, you bike is coming together nicely.
Hahaha!!! Thats why we all hit up Ol No 7 too!!! Btw, your byke is lookin bitchin, brotha. On the windshield Thread, I just assumed your bike along with the 'Vicla' guys badass bikes since you have the 'Deluxe, Ape, big Front wheel' look. I hoped you realized that.
Cue 'deliverance' Banjo music here. Hahaha!!!
HAHAHAHA, Good stuff. Im to weak for Ol No 7. LOL. These threads are funny reading every ones comments. Good Stuff. I love the Cholo look but its not for me. Later brother
I came close to getting Tru-duals but opted for the V&H Big Shots Long instead. They are plenty long for me, sound good too.
Yeah, Bud!! I have a friend with those Longs and they sound awesome! Different, but really awesome!!! Real deep, with a snap to it that'll snap heads around too.
You only live once and get a crack at life once! Pipes can come and go but your happiness is for a lifetime! I quit worring about the money long ago. I was not born rich, never going to be rich unless my numbers hit! I have been playing the same numbers for 22 years, never missed a single day or drawing........and I am still not rich so....I gravitate to what makes me happy. If you think the cholo's are going to make you happy, or happier, pull the trigger and do it. Also, bigger is always better! If and when I do it I am going with the longest pair I can possibly get my hands on. If I had my way my pipes would be so long a guy could hang out his laundry to dry on my pipes! I'm just sayin!!!
I haven't gotten around to posting pictures, I need to though! Maybe I can take some this weekend and post'em on here.

Yeah, They sound much better than the Rush slip-ons, and I thought they sounded good! Should have gone with the Longs to start with.

Your words really struck a chord with me man, i have exactly the same philosophy on life, its for living, not a practice run,
I had throat cancer 5 years ago and was given a 20% chance of making 5 years, I've made a full recovery, which has been long and tough, so I'm living my life right now.
