I hear good andnot too good about these cams. But I never heard about what your saying George. The 204 pulls more than the 203 down low. Thanks for all the opinions but now it's time for me to make up mine...

I also thought that the 204 was sold asan upper RPM cam, but it isn't an upper powerband "only" cam. Harley doesn't even provide a map for them which is a little odd. My dealer did a pretty good job selecting a map that really kicks ***.
The 204 pulls like an animal right off of idle because of it's very early exhaust close timing. Early exhaust close builds static compression, and that's why the 204s are not recommended with high compression pistons.
It's got to be the best all around cam for a street build, and doesn't compromise torque in any area that I can tell. It also will make your bike loud as hell for some reason.
I also run a SERT, and my heads were done by my dealer so maybe that's why it runs so well for me.
If you lived near me, all you would have to do is ride around the block on my bike and you would be sold.

I hope a couple more 204 users would chime in because I would rather you have this cam than the 203..

203 v 204 or Andrews? I am not smart enough to know either way? I have a 2006 FXSTS carbed with V&H and Big Sucker AC. Now I was reading on another (1 year old thread) about some limitations with the TC88b andmods. I do alot of cruising in groups over the mountains and I want some punch off the line. Any suggestions?
