air leaking out of tube in front of rear tire on my 2007 heritage softail, what is this tube and why is it leaking or blowing air?

 

ya got factory 40 spokes up front? Ya got a rubber strip and a tube and ya probably got a puncture in your tube. Get a new tube and load er up. I would do it like that but most other will tell you to repair the rim first. I would swap the tube out and keep my fingers crossed and if it happened again then I would attempt the repair. Just me man.
