Well, I live in Arizona and the weather has been terrific, matter of fact feels as winter didnt show... Well, a couple of months ago I scored forks of ebay dirt cheap, come to find out they were Mean Street 56mm inverted. Contacted them for verification. I then ordered the trees and axle. well it was suppose to be a 2-3 week turn around, I stripped down my bike sold my front end and was getting other sutff powder coated so a 2-3 week down time no big deal well six weeks have gone by and finally my trees arrived, but rewind since i had no idea when they were actually coming because I couldnt get a straight from those dudes I decided to install new cams but now Im waiting on those.. fk me. so Now I sit with a new front end and an open cam case.. hahaha... Well, I have three weeks before laughlin.. in the mean time here are some pics...
I swear, we always open a can of worms when we start modding. But that's going to be real nice when it's done. First or second cruise and the hassles will be far behind you.
That's a nice tool bag, did you score that on eBay? I need a new one and seen a 3 buckle bag on eBay but I wasn't sure if it would clear my fender when mounted on the down tubes.
Thats the reason I just get all the parts together first befor I rip it apart. I have been in the same shape as you once and never again. Good luck, looks good

Looks like Its gonna be sweet when its all back together..
Used to tear mine down every winter back in the 70's when I was young (one reason was with an AMF bike, we had to), now at my age I just don't have the energy or drive to do that **** anymore.
I don't mod as much, I just wast to ride instead of looking so cool. Getting older has its problems.
